By using Filefolk, you agree to the following terms.

The Service

Filefolk provides a tool that allows users to collect files from clients through a branded upload portal.

Account Usage

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account

• Ensuring you have permission to upload and receive files

Acceptable Use

You may not use Filefolk to upload or distribute:

• Illegal content

• Malware or harmful files

• Content you do not have the right to share

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.

File Retention

Uploaded files are available for 7 days, after which they are automatically deleted. Filefolk is not responsible for files once they have been deleted.

Upload Limits

Each upload session is limited to 5GB unless otherwise stated.

Availability

We aim to keep Filefolk available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Liability

Filefolk is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of files after the retention period

• Business interruption

• Indirect or consequential damages

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
